Job Description

  • Ensure timely delivery of receivable monthly reporting including but not limited to sales and collection reconciliation, outstanding collections and uncollected receivables
  • Engage with the new projects to discuss any new reconciliation report and method to ensure the accurate reporting
  • Responsible for uploading the sales-related reports to Accounting system and execute the collection reconciliation
  • Ensure accurate and complete reconciling items handed to accounting team
  • Guide the team in discussion with external parties on solving discrepancies
  • Assure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Develop new reconciliation process for new payment methods or new products, and track the transaction charges
  • Lead the Account Receivable and analyze potential improvement for AR operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Respond to external audit inquiries

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor Degree (GPA at least 3.30) with minimum 4 to 6 years finance or accounting related experiences within large corporate/MNC, preferably from a fast-paced industry with high volume of transaction
  • Advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced understanding of accounting principles (i.e. understand the end-to-end sales cycle)
  • Prior supervisory experience is well regarded
  • Big 4 background is a plus before moving to commercial sector
  • Hands-on experience in operating large spreadsheets and accounting software (i.e. Zahir, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
  • Organizational skills sufficient to prioritize work and complete assignments accurately
  • Quick Self-learner with positive mindset
  • Strong problem solving and communication skill to the team and department
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
