Job Description

-       Implement and roll outs Customer Service system by using Salesforce Service Cloud

-       Implement and roll outs CRM system by using Salesforce Service Cloud

-       Create and manage complex workflow rules and data validation

-       Develop and create customized reports and dashboards

-       Train users on how to use Salesforce

-       Logging & tracking identified system problems and their resolution

-       Creating documentation on Salesforce console configuration, back end integration, & related material for user

-       Perform routine data checks and system maintenance

-       Keep update of new Salesforce feature or functionality, in order to provide recommendation for process improvement

-       Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks


-       Bachelor’s degree, major preference Information Technology, Computer Science

-       Minimum 2 years experience in CRM system

-       Minimum 1 year experience in using Salesforce system

-       Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude

-       Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

-       Ability to assess the impact of new requirements 

-       Good archiving skill
