Job Description

  • Analyze the risk and potential of incoming leads
  • Work with cross-functional team to deliver right offering to partners upon acquisition
  • Gather data and analyze the satisfaction level of existing partners
  • Help supply-acquisition team, together with cross-functional team, to create initiatives that could drive partner loyalty
  • Work with team to deploy agreed acquisition strategies, segment priorities, and budget (RBB) to the business development team
  • Track initiative progress and local execution to drive learning for best in class share and reapply
  • Track initiative efficiency, ROI/ cost-event analysis to ensure the best outcome for Airy’s investments

Qualifications

  • BS in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, marketing or related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in data-intensive marketing, business, or financial analytics role
  • Comfortable drawing insights from both qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Experience driving business success resulting from both qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Experience with website analytics and business intelligence tools
  • Highly analytical and skilled at using data to drive business decisions
  • Very strong Excel skills
  • Ability to simplify data into easily-consumed visuals
  • General marketing knowledge
  • Very strong attention to detail and communication skill
