Job Description

Invisalign is looking for a passionate marketer who thrives on building brands that consumers love. We're looking for someone who is excited about building a consumer brand experience that delights consumers every step of the way in their experience with Invisalign. Key areas of focus for this marketer will include creating marketing plans and communications rooted in consumer insights, understanding consumer behavior and key barriers to adoption - including leveraging digital marketing to build 1:1 communications designed to nurture leads to conversion. She/he will work very closely with and must be very effective in collaborating with outside agencies, Professional Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Legal and Regulatory.  She/he must also be able to lead cross functional teams and agencies in ambiguous situations.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Understand consumer mindset/behavior and key barriers to adoption and be able to effectively incorporate insights into the development of programs and communications.

* Develop and drive an integrated strategy to improve the brand experience for consumers- inclusive of online and offline content development and social consumer support.

* CRM/Database marketing: Lead development of strategies and implementation of programs to convert prospects to users of Invisalign –inclusive of communications such as email and digital re-targeting. Includes ongoing management of programs and understanding of performance metrics.

* Management of annual and quarterly plan and forecast of expenses budget

* Develop brand strategy, messaging, claims, creative briefs, and collateral as required

* Understand the incremental impact of marketing programs including ROI.

* Track overall business results including identification and monitoring of key metrics.

* Agency management

* Lead cross functional teams and partner closely with internal and external partners

* Assess business trends and opportunities

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, MBA preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in brand marketing/consumer marketing
  • Digital marketing (Email Marketing, CRM, Retargeting, App development) preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry is a plus.

 Regular business hours

Requires up to 25% of time domestic travel
