Job Description

SUMMARY

This key position will be responsible for WW revenue forecast and consolidation. This position will be responsible in managing and working closely with the appropriate business partner to create the WW Revenue Plan and Forecast on both Scanner and Invisalign business. This includes but not limited to creating/maintaining the annual corporate operating plan, quarterly forecasts, monthly/quarterly outlooks, analysis on volumes, ASP and actual revenue versus operating plans and forecasts and maintenance/creation of standard financial metrics.

 

Develop strong relationships with all assigned business partners (within and outside of Finance) Work closely with the Revenue Accounting team, key Finance leaders in Sales & Marketing team in improving the Corporate’s revenue model.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage process working closely with all global financial planning analyst(s) related to WW Revenue.  Includes review and rationalization of financial inputs for annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts, ensuring financial plans are linked with Corporate objectives Ensure all inputs/assumptions are clearly documented and deadlines are effectively met.
  • Work closely with business partners (Revenue accounting, Sales/Marketing, Int’l FP&A team) in creating a complete and comprehensive revenue model & forecast.
  • Coordinate WW Revenue plan/forecast cycle with all key stakeholders
  • Generate revenue/volume status report for senior management team. Effectively analyze revenue/volume data & communicate findings to business partners.
  • Work with the appropriate business partner in automating reports/processes and strengthen current work-flow processes.
  • Work closely with Sr. Mgr Finance System & Reporting in automating current reports. This includes participating on the Align datamart/data warehouse project.
  • Provide analysis on trends and forecasts to investor relations and quarterly metric meetings
  • Work closely with Global FP&A teams on variance analysis for quarterly forecasts, guidance and actual results
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed basis.
  • Participate in monthly financial close process and preparation of reporting package for Board of Director and senior management as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business field or equivalent experience, MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of FP&A experience
  • 3+ years of FP&A experience with emphasis in revenue modeling and analysis
  • Revenue Accounting experience is a plus
  • Hyperion Financial Management and experience in major ERP software
  • Strong database query skills are REQUIRED (specifically, MS Query; MS Access or SQL)

Strong experience in building models in MS Excel required
