Job Description

The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for driving the continued success of the North America Align Technology, Inc. sales team as well as serving as a strategic partner for our Executive Sales team. Furthermore, this person will play a primary role in developing tools that will enable insight and analysis related to our territory expansion and growth using our CRM platform, Salesforce.com. This individual will also provide management with the valuable input to enable decision-making and optimizing business performance driven by relevant metrics. With this said, this role requires a talented analytical individual who is capable of interpreting data with ability to transform that content into important and actionable KPI’s driven by a cadence of standardized reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop a consistent set of reports that provide the sales team with a 360 degree view of the business to enable insight and efficiencies
  • Develop a Sales Management Dashboard with metrics capable of defining current status of business and areas of focus
  • Develop “forward-looking” metrics consistent with the ability to predict future business impact
  • Manage the overall development of centralized tools within Salesforce.com that the sales team can use to extract data / insights for daily business management in an automated manner
  • Identify and improve overall business process of iTero contracting, training and renewal processes
  • Improve renewal closure rate of contracting to move current customer base from annual to monthly billing cycle for the iTero line of business
  • Focus on process and continuous improvement of core projects through automation and process enhancement
  • Perform advanced analysis activities, including defining, measuring and communicating core operational metrics and providing insight to the business
  • Partner with Sales Management to identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve salesforce efficiency, and scale the Invisalign business effectively

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com’s structure, capabilities and report/dashboard functionality
  • High level of business acumen, particularly in the Sales function, and the ability to translate that into actionable reporting utilizing Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to apply it to sales data
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Essential to have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet goals under pressure
  • Ability to business partner with senior sales leadership, IT, and other business personnel at all levels to achieve goals
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strategic thinker who can take a core of an idea and develop an analytical model to drive optimization
  • Must have the drive and passion for our business


EDUCATION , QUALIFICATIONS and/or WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field with at least 5 years of reporting experience
  • 5+ years of Sales Operations/Finance experience
  • 2+ years of project management skills and/or system implementation experience
