Job Description

The Sr. Compensation and Benefits Analyst will be responsible for providing support in the development, implementation, and review of the company’s benefits and compensation programs.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Compensation
    • Performs job analysis to determine level
    • Evaluates positions to and makes recommendations on level, Radford survey code, FLSA classification, EEO classification, and internal/external market alignment
    • Stock modeling for the upcoming year including focal and new hire grants
    • Work on merit project in Workday
    • Monthly bonus reports
    • Recommend merit increase budget based on market data. Help prepare slides for Compensation Committee
    • Work on global Clinical and Marketing job structures
  • Benefits
    • Open enrollment process  - communications, roll out of plan, assisting with questions
    • Manage bio-metric screening process
    • Wellness program – communications, maintenance, plan design
    • Work with Third Party Administrator on Canadian benefit plans
    • Assist with developing overall benefit communications strategy and plan

 

  • Other
    • Prepares HR Metrics for monthly Business review meeting
    • Severance Analysis and agreements
    • Compliance
    • Support HR Business Partners and other HR staff in various projects/programs

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with Benefits and Compensation administration
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday)
  • HR Generalist experience a plus
