Job Description
Desktop Support Specialist will be in charge of managing tickets through an online help desk
system and telephone. You will be the first point of contact for all client related issues. You will
provide first level support of workstation support, hardware repair, system setup and
configuration, MS office Support, printer setup and troubleshooting, user network connections,
smart phones, remote workplace technologies, and documentation.
80% of the time you will be:
- Providing Level 1 Help Desk Support
- Remote Connections to Client Desktops
- Reviewing Nightly backup status and reporting
- Hardware Configuration and Setup
- Printer Support
- Hardware Repair
- New User Account configurations
- Managing Users in a Networked Enviroment
- WI-FI and related support issues
- Smartphone and Tablet support
- Office 365 User Managment
- Responding to client requests
- Documentation
20% of your time you will be:
- Training for Certifications(s)
- Working as part of a project team
- Assisting Network and System Administrators
- Sales Engineering
- On-Call Support
Qualifications
Successful Team Members possess the following qualities
You must follow instructions well, but also be able to take the initiative. Must have excellent
customer service skills and manage time well working with multiple clients at the same time.
Should be able to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines. Should be fair, flexible, get

Minimum one year experience in business-to-business outside technical role
