The Paid Search Specialist will develop and execute strategic and tactical digital marketing initiatives to meet client goals and objectives. The Paid Search Specialist will assist in day-to-day tasks relating to campaign set-up, management, and reporting. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable speaking to clients, and has a minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the day-to-day tasks of managing multiple client accounts with text, display and re-marketing advertising campaigns

  • Conduct client research, and build-out keyword and placement lists based on historical search traffic results and target audience demographics

  • Generate and apply analytics tracking parameters from multiple analytics sources; and, the ability to support the development team in tracking implementation

  • Write effective ad copy messaging, execute testing scenarios and analyze results

  • Launch campaigns and campaign assets, and conduct quality assurance audits for all launches

  • Monitor performance daily to ensure client goals and objectives are being met within budgetary constrictions

  • Make bid and budget changes to improve performance, and execute ad hoc optimizations

  • Create regularly scheduled performance reports and populate with data, insights and recommendations

  • Maintain and deepen relationships with key advertising and technology vendors

  • Conduct industry research to stay current with new and emerging market trends and updates

  • Help grow allwebcafe’s digital marketing clientele and services

Qualifications

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Good organizational, planning and time management skills

  • Strong analytical background; ability to understand and interpret large sets of data

  • Expresses creative, “out-of-the-box” thinking and idea-generation skills

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities

  • Knowledgeable about the Search industry and general SEO best practices is a plus

  • Strives to learn new skills and share knowledge with industry professionals

  • Passionate about digital marketing

CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Google AdWords Certified and Google Analytics proficient

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specific to SEM

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced working knowledge of Excel

  • Experience with search engine marketing APIs outside of Google AdWords is a plus

  • Experience with a multitude of analytics platforms is a plus
