As a Recruiter on the Baxter account, you first and foremost have the responsibility to uphold the AGS Way and represent our company with pride, passion and positivity. We pride ourselves on delivering an end to end recruitment lifecycle for our Hiring Managers and the HR Community. This service allows people in the Baxter business deliver a service to the globe which fundamentally saves & sustains lives every day.

Reporting into the Recruitment Operations Manager, you will assist in driving best practice across the recruitment lifecycle and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.

This position will initially support the Castlebar Manufacturing plant with the potential to support UK and Nordics manufacturing plants where the time allows. This role will be based at the RDC Birmingham.

 

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Undertaking recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing and work proactively with the Talent Sourcing team to pipeline in accordance with volume candidate requirements,
  • Understanding the contractual recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs/SLAs are met,
  • Building strong and positive relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders,
  • Gaining a sound understanding of the designated client business area, including structure nature of business and challenges faced,
  • Communicating market intelligence and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers,
  • Identify and escalating risk and compliance queries,
  • Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment related data and information as per current recruitment legislation and agreed client process at all times,
  • Monitoring and analysing recruitment activity of designated business area for accurate volume forecasting, workload allocation and recruitment activities,
  • Coaching candidates in preparation for interviews and providing them with professional advice and honest feedback in a timely manner,
  • Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to ensure information is current and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.

Qualifications

 

  • Positive, can-do attitude is the most essential element of this position,
  • Ability to support your team members, whilst managing your own workload,
  • Prior experience in high-volume end to end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organisation,
  • Healthcare experience would be highly beneficial,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Functional computer skills and software knowledge, prior experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS),
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently and to tight deadlines,
  • Ability to write and present client oriented communications e.g. emails, job descriptions.
