We are looking for people who:

  • Are willing to work as a developer and develop soft skills in order to become a Team Leader of the development team in the nearest future
  • Are experienced in creating, maintaining and integrating solutions based on Sales and Service Cloud or other SalesForce ecosystem tools
  • Are fluent in Apex, Javascript, SOQL
  • Are very familiar with Lightning, Aura Framework components
  • Have experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS
  • Have experience in direct SalesForce integration through SOAP, REST API (experience in integration using other tools like MuleSoft or Tibco would be appreciated)
  • Are advanced in GitHub
  • Are familiar with SFDX (would be appreciated)
  • Are experienced in creating and maintaining technical documentation
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Are able to manage a communication among the team members, moderate discussions, draw conclusions, solve conflicts 
  • Actively share their knowledge and experience, are able to advise on the most effective solutions, create conventions, patterns
  • Actively seek solutions to improve the SalesForce instance, reduce the costs
  • Want to be proud of the code they write. Are open to feedback and are willing to share their knowledge during code reviews.
  • Know English and Polish at B2 level

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

  • You will design, develop, test, document and implement high quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on best practices and in alignment with business needs
  • You will support the Product Management team in translating business needs into effective CRM solutions, delivered through agile software development methods
  • You will monitor the current state of our solutions, including technical debt and technology risks
  • You will participate in the development of a strategically aligned architectural vision for IT Business Services solutions (business applications area of HR, CRM)
