The salary range for this position is PLN 18 400 - 25 410 in gross terms (contract of employment, tax-deductible cost)

Additionally, depending on your annual assessment and the company's results:

Annual bonus up to 10% of the annual salary gross

A hybrid work model requires 1 or 2 days a week in the office.

In the Consumer area, we focus on delivering the best customer experience. Our team is responsible for the Consumer Activation stage, from entering the app, registration, login, and user onboarding to the first purchase. We have expertise in developing native mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. We collaborate with engineers from other teams with diverse skills and work closely with designers, researchers, and analysts on a daily basis. We conduct experiments, test dozens of variants, analyze their results, and draw conclusions that we turn into actionable tasks.

You will also be part of Allegro’s mobile community, made up of more than 100 mobile developers. In our community, we actively share knowledge as part of our daily code review work and at dedicated company events. We have time dedicated to knowledge sharing as well as opportunities for team-building and listening to inspiring guests from outside the company.

We are looking for developers who:

  • Know Android SDK inside out, both from the user's and developer's perspective
  • Understand what’s under the hood of Gradle build process
  • Are fluent in Kotlin. Our codebase is 100% migrated to Kotlin
  • Are proficient in Android Studio and have experience in using version control systems
  • Have experience in maintaining Continuous Integration environments
  • Understand the app development process, from design to release
  • Have hands-on experience with object-oriented programming, algorithms, and data structures
  • Want to be proud of the code they create and gladly accept comments and share their knowledge during code reviews
  • Like to work with technologies that go beyond the mobile stack
  • Want to grow and update their knowledge constantly
  • Know English at least at B2 level
