What does this role involve? 

• You will support the team in preparing operational forecasts for parcel volumes and customer contacts
• You will help verify data accuracy and assist in creating business analysis related to Operations (warehouse, logistics, CX)
• You will contribute to developing reports and dashboards that support decision-making
• You will help gather and organize data for long-term planning and budgeting
• On a daily basis, you will collaborate with the team to include planned changes, promotions, and marketing activities in the operational analysis

This is the right job for you, if you:

• You are familiar with working with data and have an analytical mindset
• You feel comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/MS Excel) to organize and analyze information
• You are competent in working with advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas) and SQL for querying databases
• You are eager to learn and develop your skills in business analysis and forecasting
• You are well-organized and can manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• You know English at  B2+ level
