WHAT YOU'LL DO:

·                Be the face of customers by understanding and representing their needs and product requirements

·                Analyze competitors’ products and explore new ways to improve Altisource’s automation products

·                Define the product vision, product roadmap, and product strategy

·                Translate product’s strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development

·                Work with business partners to capture ‘As-I’s state and define ‘To-Be’ state that will meet business objectives.

o    Translate the ‘To-Be’ state into business epics

·                Perform quantitative product data research and analysis to define feature and functional requirements and translate them to detailed user stories

o    Synthesize customer research

·                Ensure that user story content and prioritization is aligned to larger strategic objectives

·                Work within Agile software development methodology

·                Work with the development team to ensure that product requirements are understood

·                Create/revise analysis artifacts and deliverables for user stories including User Journey maps, business rules, user flows, acceptance tests and success criteria’s

·                Build a well-groomed backlog and participate in Scrum planning

·                Support engineering team to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met

·                Coordinate product releases with business, support, and engineering teams

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:

Mortgage Industry domain experience

Originations business processes and domain knowledge

Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans.

Proven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results.

Exceptional oral, written communication skills; ability to articulate in simple terms to the senior executive level
