Account Resolution Specialists and Customer Service Representatives

ACI is seeking qualified candidates that possess previous experience in customer service, financial service industry, sales, telemarketing and/or a call center-based customer service center. You will guide customers through the collections process toward desired outcomes as defined by client objectives with the utmost of professionalism and customer courtesy.
Customer service experience, coupled with excellent communication skills are required; will consider previous background in: Banking/mortgage, sales, retail, student loans, call center experience, or debt recovery. *Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices is helpful but not required.
We provide comprehensive training. Proficiency in personal computer skills is required. Ability to work in a team fostered environment is very important.

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Proven ability in customer service required (at least 6 months experience)
- Strong communication skills, handling the managment of accounts with tact and diplomacy
- Desire to assist the customer in resolving their account
- Intermediate computer literacy required
- Ability to compute basic math calculations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successfully pass a background check
