Reporting into the Security Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for providing security on the work site.

• Control entrances and exits (visitors, employees, customers)
• Lock and unlock doors
• Patrol, on foot or by vehicle, buildings and yard
• Protect evidence in the event of a crime
• Protect the scene of an incident
• Respond to fires, medical emergencies, bomb threats, floods, water leaks, hazardous materials
• Write reports and logs
• Crime prevention
• Carry out searches when in doubt
• Perform all other related tasks

To join our team:

• You are available to work varied shifts, day/evening/night and possible weekends
• You have a high school diploma
• You have a valid security guard license issued by the Private Security Bureau
• You have a valid first aid certification
• You have a valid driver’s licence, class 5
• You are bilingual, French and English
• You have a clean criminal record
• You have the ability to cope with stressful situations, in a calm and rational manner
• You have excellent judgment, observation and communication skills
