Job Description

COMPENSATION & ANALYTICS MANAGER

Anaplan is seeking a Compensation and Reporting Manager who can carry out a range of advanced analytic and programmatic activities to support the successful planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive compensation policies, practices, programs, initiatives and guidelines across all Anaplan locations. This position is located in San Francisco, CA and will report to the Director, HR Operations. This person will need to balance both strategic and tactical/operational responsibilities.

Qualifications

·Design, manage and communicate global compensation (base salary, incentive compensation, equity and executive compensation) program to assure cost competitiveness, attraction, and retention of employees.

·Manage and improve all HR Reporting

·Perform data analysis and research across the range of HR functions, using reporting tools, data extraction tools, surveys and data reporting mechanisms.

·Own the documentation process for all compensation changes across the Company.

·Partner with Sales Operations on commission plans and with Legal/Finance on Equity plans.

·Ensure effective communication and clear understanding of compensation benefits plans by employees and executives.

·Assist with the creation of presentation materials and back-up analyses for Executive Team, Compensation Committee and Board of Director meetings.

·Ensure system and data integrity, by conducting periodic data audits

·Provide thought leadership on major compensation-related initiatives including equity and bonus plan design.


Required Skills / Experience:

·A minimum of 5 years of experience and progressive responsibility in compensation and reporting analytics in a high growth company

·Experience efficiently scaling a global total rewards function to support the company's business goals and growth, with a strong awareness of best practices.

·Strong analytical skills

·Excellent attention to detail

·Proven ability to influence and interact effectively across all levels of the organization

·Experience leading and successfully interacting with cross-functional teams, particularly in Finance and Legal.

·Successful background in supporting and managing data in HR information systems.

·Excellent communication and listening skills; strong team player.

·Willing to roll up one's sleeves and perform tactical work.

·Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

·Strong technical proficiency with HR systems and MS Office tools; Workday knowledge a plus.

·Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.

·Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

·Experience managing Compensation in a public company preferred.

·CCP certification or progress toward certification a plus.
