Job Description

•         Achieve sales budgets as predetermined by the company
•         Conduct product training in a group & one on one setting
•         This will translate to an increase in sales to the ultimate consumer
•         Manage multiple locations/accounts on a priority basis
•         Conduct timely retail sales driven events
•         Maintain budgets
•         Meet with retail partners to strategize seasonal events
•         Ability to travel to needs of the territory

Qualifications

•         Minimum 3 – 5 years in the cosmetic industry
•         Thorough knowledge of cosmetics in the department/specialty store arena
•         Proven record in achieving sales budgets.
•         Current retail relationships with cosmetic department personnel, and a freelancer following
•         Ability to implement sell thru strategy and execute retail driven events
•         Knowledge of makeup application
•         Goal oriented with ability to analyze sales and plan strategically
•         Excellent interpersonal skills > verbal, written, group presentation skills
•         Proven sales ability to ultimate consumer
•         Esthetician License a plus but not required.
•         Basics in Word, Excel and PPT
