Job Description

This position is primarily responsible for:

• Coordinating the Anastasia Beverly Hills Pro artist discount application process which includes reviewing and responding to email correspondence with prospective and current ABH Pro members, reviewing their credentials, and approving or denying membership 

• Coordinating the Anastasia Beverly Hills affiliate program 

• Management of reviews posted the company website

Will also be involved in:

• Assisting the eCommerce & Web Content Manager with ongoing projects

• Uploading content and imagery to our content management system (CMS)

• Cropping and reformatting of images

• Liaising with suppliers to ensure up to date product information and images are represented across all retailer platforms

• Managing day to day change requests

• Managing day to day workload and processes



Qualifications

• We are seeking candidates who thrive in a customer service-oriented role and have 1-2 years of experience in web-based customer relations in the beauty/consumer products field

• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong skills in writing, editing and proofreading

• Exceptional organization, communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work well in cross-functional teams

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Demonstrated ability to facilitate strong partnerships with outside companies and vendors

• Good planning skills

• Proficient in MS Word & Excel

These qualifications are a plus:

• Previous experience adding and maintaining products on a web-site

• Experience developing website content

• Basic Adobe Photoshop / InDesign

• Knowledge of HTML and search engine optimization
