Job Description

Account Coordinator position open for the Boston Metro area.

This position provides educational and training support to a group of designated stores within the territory, to help drive sales and achieve their overall sales goals. Provides day-to-day administrative information that pertains to driving sales and training within their doors. Builds relationships with store teams and leadership partners. Serves as a key liaison between the Account Executive and the accounts to positively impact sales and ensure there is consistency with education.

Qualifications

•Minimum of 3 years of sales in the cosmetics industry.

•Demonstrated ability to drive sales through developing teams and providing exceptional 
customer service.


•Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach and develop others


•Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (i.e.: verbal, written, group presentation and through facilitation)

•Proficient in Basics in Word, Excel, PPT. Proficient in Google Drive preferred.


•Ability to travel 60% of time.


•Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and some holidays.

• Clean 10-year driving record according to company criteria.
