We are seeking a collaborative, innovative Senior Manager/Director, Solutions Engineer to join our team!

ArcSpan is seeking a Senior Manager/Director, Solutions Engineer to join our team and help support the next generation of real-time audience monetization solutions.  This critical role will work closely with the Sales Team to help qualify and close opportunities with customers and partners by providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations and supporting technical evaluations.   On a day-to-day basis, they will interact with the customer product owner, business process owner and technical resources to understand requirements, analyze information and craft comprehensive solutions.  They also need to show a strong understanding of typical business challenges or common objectives faced by customers within the industry.  They will also have a critical voice with the product team to help prioritize features based on input from customers, competitors and partners.

• Establish, grow and lead ArcSpan’s Solutions Engineering team to problem solve, jointly brainstorm and deliver product solutions that meet business needs and make sense within the business strategy and engineering constraints
• Identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers.
• Support the technical relationship with ArcSpan’s customers, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination and prioritization of solutions impacting customer adoption of the Audience Engine
• Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement the Audience Engine using best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry and technology ecosystem changes and trends related to data, identity, privacy, and consent that would potentially impact product strategy or delivery
• Conduct, synthesize, and present competitive analysis, product/market fit analysis
• Serve as the voice of the customer to the engineering team
• Responsive to team and client needs, concerns and changes in direction
• Build strong relationships inter-company and with clients to facilitate innovation and leadership

The successful candidate will have:

• BS / BA degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience and 3+ years of relevant work experience across media and/or technology organizations
• Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing technology ecosystem, with an understanding of how the “pipes” work
• Deep operational experience of DMP/CDP or other audience management solutions, as well as experience with publisher ad servers and programmatic stacks
• Communication skills: ability to read, analyze and effectively present information to top management and public groups
• Reasoning ability: ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Resourceful and entrepreneurial thinker who can work through and solve problems
• Ability to drive innovation and client success
• Detailed individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
• Experience writing technical requirements, ideally for data science and engineering teams
