We are seeking a collaborative, innovative Senior Manager/Director, Customer Success to join our team!

The Senior Manager/Director, Customer Success will drive the retention and growth of our SaaS based accounts.  The Customer Success team works directly with our customers to help them get the most value from their investment.  This position will have the opportunity to take an active role in shaping the team within our organization, focusing on relationship management, as well as the processes for renewals, upsells and how we run Quarterly Business Reviews.  Ultimately, as a key member of our growing team, you will have a phenomenal opportunity to build next generation digital programs that improve customer time to value and improve the customer experience.

Job Description

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for the customers within our SaaS portfolio
  • Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Execute account plans based on long term and short-term goals
  • Manage cross functional ArcSpan teams to ensure the delivery of Customer objectives
  • Develop deep understanding of our industry, competitors, partners and vendors and how they interact with customers objectives
  • Proactively think about the needs of customers, and how our technology can help them meet goals and KPIs
  • Develop and deliver compelling business reviews
  • Identify and develop upsell opportunities, and manage renewal targets

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • BS / BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years minimum experience in Customer Success or Account Management or Advertising/Revenue Operations in publishing, adtech or martech
  • Hands-on experience leading initiatives from start to finish to deliver measurable business results and execute against key performance indicators
  • Programmatic advertising, DSP, SSP, DMP, Ad Exchange or Ad Network experience preferred
  • Understanding of SaaS-based business models
  • Experience building and managing relationships with people
  • Experience partnering with customers to develop best practices and playbooks: from strategic account plans to QBR processes
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage enterprise relationships
  • Strong analytical skills: must be comfortable working with and presenting sophisticated metrics and analyses up to the C-level marketing and media executives and investors
  • Have boundless energy and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
