The Shipping/Receiving Clerk is responsible for domestic and international temperature-sensitive shipments and physical and electronic receipt of incoming consumables and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Pulls, verifies and packages products per the customers purchase order
• Prepares documentation for temperature-sensitive domestic and international orders
• Prepares shipments for internal department requests and subcontract manufactured component requirements
• Enters shipment information in the ERP
• Maintains hard copy and electronic shipment records
• Physicall receives incoming packages and enters electropic receipt in the ERP
• Assist with kitting of sub-components into finished good format
• Assists with physical inventory management and organization
• Supports the Operations team in a variety of administrative tasks as required

Key Attributes

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
• Attention to detail and proficient in data entry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and work effectively in a team environment

Experience

• 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience required
• International shipping experience required
• Previous experience with ERP systems required
• Export compliance experience preferred
• Temperature-sensitive shipment experience preferred
• Dry ice handling/shipping experience preferred

Education

• High school/GED diploma
