Job Description

The Solutions Consultant UC is responsible for increasing Arkadin’s market share by selling Arkadin’s Unified Communications Solutions into medium to large size companies within an assigned group of existing accounts.

Description

o    Achieve and/or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets

o    Increase monthly revenue identifying new revenue streams within acquired clients

o    KPI’s are achieved or exceeded on a monthly basis

o    Management of the sales process, complete understanding of the business, buying and decision making process of an organization

o    Management is well informed of short and long term revenue forecasts, including new business development

o    BDM is an expert on Arkadin’s products, solutions, policies and procedures

o    Salesforce.com has up to date information

o    Complete all certifications that are part of the training targets

o    Strategically target, prospect and acquire small and medium sized enterprise companies within the existing account base

o    Maintain a consistent high level of prospecting activity in order to ensure daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met and/or exceeded

o    Independently manage the entire sales cycle

o    Maintain accurate records within the company’s CRM database

o    Generate new business within the assigned territory and segment by signing new events every month

o    Create client presentations, proposals and client reports

o    Conduct remote presentations and demonstrations

o    Effectively work across all departments to support clients

o    Attend training and complete all online learning requirements to ensure advance knowledge of Arkadin’s products, solutions, policies and procedures

o    Negotiate contractual terms with prospects and clients

o    Accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly revenue and new business development

o    Report daily, weekly and monthly productivity to manager

o    Perform other assigned tasks as requested

Qualifications

Qualifications

o    University Degree (Sales related is a plus)

o    4-5+ years’ experience B2B Sales

o    Passion and commitment for customer success and entrepreneurial character

o    Must be a committed self-starter who has the drive to succeed in a high-energy team environment

o    Must have a persuasive nature and professional phone demeanor

o    Prior experience in high activity environment

o    Exceptional and effective communication skills (oral and written)

o    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

o    Effective presentations skills during demos of Arkadin’s solutions virtually

o    Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
