Job Description

This full time position serves as a key member of the store leadership team and supports the store manager in overall retail location operations. The assistant store manager is responsible for total store operations including, personnel management, customer service, sales and inventory controls.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • 3-5 years exp at Assistant Manager level
  • Strong leadership and management skills and experience
  • Excellent salesmanship
  • Basic horticulture knowledge and understanding a plus
  • Previous retail work
  • Weekend work mandatory
  • Able to work 40-50+ hours per week
