Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills 
  • Smartsheets proficient 
  • Able to drive the team to deliverables and benchmark dates 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Passion for planning and operations (and project management) 
  • Retail & Stores experience a plus 
  • Production experience a plus 
  • Ability to see around the corners and troubleshoot potential timeline conflicts ahead 
  • Drive cross functional alignment and communication 
  • Set agendas and lead cross functional RB meetings 
  • Project manage multiple workstreams 
  • Update Smartsheet project trackers 
  • Provide detailed project tracking reports and identify key deliverables and timelines for team
  • Engage & communicate with vendors to set up internal meetings and design reviews
