Job Description

When we partner with companies to improve business processes, our primary focus is to create more output from an existing organization.  This usually means offloading responsibilities from key managers to build repeatable systems.  A "repeatable system" occurs when the activities of a company are dependent upon roles, not people.  We begin by documenting all processes in the organization, meeting with managers and employees to identify problem-areas.  We then use industry best-practices to help architect a more efficient approach, including the creation of process maps for role-specific activities and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure individual and company performance.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Responsibilities                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          This position will be responsible for installing and configuring the system, as well as day to day maintenance, support and development, and may be required to assist in the design for the implementation of potential new solutions.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           This position will work with the SME(s) and liaise with the support team(s) to ensure optimal operation of the application. The resource will work with the team in understanding business processes, responding to tickets / incidents logged by users, create technical or detailed designs, and complete coding and testing for maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Qualifications                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          1 -
