Warehouse Manager

  • Full-time

Company Description

At Ashley Furniture HomeStore, we live by the slogan, “This is home.”  When it comes to our employees, we know that work is a ‘second home.’  We’re looking for a committed, experienced, energetic and engaged manager for our brand new Prep & Distribution Center that will service our soon-to-open showroom in Camillus, NY.

When someone purchases furniture, bedding or accessories from one of our showrooms, they’re not only buying from the #1 furniture manufacturer in the world and #1 furniture retailer in the country, they’re also buying from a company whose mission is to deliver ‘genuine, old school, crazy good experience’ for each and every customer, every time.

Job Description

Warehouse Manager & Asst. Warehouse Manager

Camillus, NY

Our Prep & Distribution Centers (PDCs) are the critical link in the supply chain of our business.  From receiving, unpacking & assembling to inspecting & loading for in-home delivery, the team provides expert care for each piece that comes through our dock to make sure it looks as good in a customer’s living room as it does in our showroom. Our PDC Managers keep our teams focused, inspired & driven to deliver—literally.

If you can be a team player but also the coach, this may be right for you.  We’re not looking for a general laborer or a “boss man”—we’re looking for both.  Lateral supervision, leading by example & an unwavering commitment to our process is an absolute must.

The rewards are just as great as the responsibilities.  We are a great place to work—and that’s not just a slogan on a break room poster.  Our team members enjoy competitive pay, extensive benefits, paid time off, deep discounts on our products, & a second family with solid roots.

The Distribution Management position is a salaried position (competitive in the market place) to be discussed at the time of interview.
