Job Description

The Director of Implementation will work directly with internal clients to lead, deliver, and support projects approved by Associa’s Investment Committee.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead team of Project dedicated resources, Project Managers, and Project Specialists
  • Interface with executives to provide solutions and enable decision-making
  • Provide strategic guidance to Associa regarding best way to accomplish approved projects with the time and resources provided
  • Defines and creates plans for project, portfolio, and product prioritization and implementation
  • Escalate issues within client structure or to Associa leadership as necessary
  • Continually updates relevant business stakeholder of project status
  • Support the delivery of business and technology projects to customers by supporting scoping & planning, overseeing development of business requirements, documenting business processes, coordinating design across Associa & client technology teams, and providing overall business and technical direction to project management office
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 3+ years experience in business or technology consulting role preferred
  • 3+ years of full life-cycle project management experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science or related field
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office Products including Excel and Visio
  • Strong ability to lead initiatives with minimal guidance
  • Ability to organize work effectively and efficiently
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
  • Strong project management skills
  • System implementation knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative)
  • Ability to professionally communicate both internally and externally with individuals at all levels of an organization, including senior leadership; ability to effectively speak in one-on-one and group situations
  • Exceptional customer service, collaboration, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong level of professionalism, executive presence and credibility; able to effectively challenge and influence peers and customers
  • Ability to handle confidential material demonstrating high levels of trustworthiness and integrity
