Job Description

AOC is looking to hire a motivated individual with a talent for resolving problems and generating new business to fill our Client Services Coordinator position. This position is responsible for resolving work performance and client satisfaction issues. This person will also focus on identifying major construction, landscape, painting, maintenance, janitorial and repair projects. This role will develop marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team.

Key Responsibilities

Determine client grievances and dissatisfaction, assist with resolution, follow-up and communicate actions with client.

Review job details and coordinate resolution with service manager on all client grievances.

Conduct a needs assessment, determine client requirements and expectations in order to pass qualified sales opportunities onto the appropriate service manager/director.

Proactively pursue and qualify sales leads via face to face communication, research, telesales and email marketing.

Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team

Engage service managers/directors in targeted prospect accounts

Qualifications

Candidates should have one of the following: 2+ years sales experience and/or other customer service related business experience

Ability to develop sales relationships with clients and solicit referrals

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic

Enjoy face to face interaction with professional clients

Positive attitude and friendly demeanor

Candidates must be energetic, eager to learn, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
