AttivaSoft is looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst that performs who will support multiple projects and applications.  Support required is of a varied nature, which includes development experience utilizing JAVA and Visual Studio, data analysis, system analysis as well as support customer support personnel, Business Objects developers for data source(s), application support for changes to the NLSC organizational structure in meeting privacy regulations.

• Position requires a minimum of a SECRET Clearance and candidate will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
• Experience in MS Team Foundation Server and Visual Studio 2010 and 2008 (minimum 7 years).
• Experience in JAVA programming
• Experience in the management of source code from multiple developers and merging content into a single build.  (Minimum experience 8 years).
• Experience in MS SQL Server 2008 (minimum 5 years’ experience)
• Experience migrating from one server platform to another
• Familiarity with virtual server environment
• Knowledge and experience of MS SQL Data Base Administration
• A familiarity with DoD and DoN Security requirements (minimum 4 years’ experience) as they relate to IT, Clinger-Cohen Act and the application of DIACAP process.
• Working knowledge of SMTP and Exchange services for E-Mail capability throughout a .NET application.
• Experience to incorporate older source code from > .net 2.0 into newer frame work (.NET 4.0)
• Experience supporting HotDocs version 2010, modifying forms called from .NET application.
• Possess working knowledge of the following areas:
1. Claims
1. Replacing letter templates
2. Modification of letter assembly within Visual Studio
2. Budget & Finance
1. Data correction and support of system as Code 64 transitions to use of Navy accounting system FASTDATA
2. Archive of old budget data
3. Victim Services
1. New business area for OJAG requires analysis to modify JES to support users of new duty stations
2. Apply security for access to VLCP areas
4. Military Court Martial
1. Cut off of information as transitioning to CMS
5. Navy Legal Services structure
1. Support for additional granularity and new reporting requirements

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, analyze end user requirements and translate into application process for implementation.
• Ability to independently architect/design/develop.
• Experience in providing recommendations to improve system operation to Command Information Officer (CIO) or Deputy.
• Ability to manage project timelines to meet deadlines.
• The Candidate shall be responsible to maintain development and production work areas (front and back end). May require working with network support personnel, requires general familiarity with NMCI and DMZ legacy network structure. Load balancing | User Acceptance Testing site(s) | Training site | Production
• The Candidate will work directly with assigned points of contact (POC) to perform and/or apply updates and design changes.
• Candidate must be able to quickly assess and implement requested changes and document requirements from end users and management. 
• Candidate will work from high-level conceptual ideas and translate into technical requirements.
• Candidate will be responsible for all appropriate development documentation, including requirements, design, code documentation, test plans and other related documents.
