Our team is looking to hire a Sr. Remedy Developer for a 3 year+ project.  Our ideal candidate is one who enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced Federal Government environment. This candidate will have the opportunity to showcase great customer service, technical skill and teamwork. The project location is in Bethesda, MD with Metro access nearby.  All work is performed on-site.  

The candidate must be a US citizen and eligible for a Secret-level Clearance and Background investigation.  Candidates that have extensive Asset and CMDB experience is preferred for this role.  

The consultant will be expected to perform modifications/configuration of the Remedy custom and ITSM modules, forms, workflow, interfaces and any other configurations required to support the in-house processes as directed.

• Has working knowledge of Remedy Development of 8.1 and higher
• Has a working knowledge of ITIL Framework and ITSM
• 6+ years of solid Remedy development
• US Citizen 
• Active Secret-level Clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance
• Top-of-the-line customer service to many stakeholders/end-users
• Enjoys working in a team environment that collectively is highly visible and respected to the client's end users.
