Experience in Telecom Domain with Siebel Trouble Tickets and Fault mgmt apps integrations with Siebel (eg. Remedy to Siebel)

Experience in CTI integration with Siebel and Siebel Call Center

Good understanding of order m anagement

Nice to Have eTOM knowledge of 'Service Problem Management' and 'Problem Handling' areas

Strong experience in Siebel CRM and Siebel Call Center
