Job Title: JAVA Developer with OSGi Experience 
Duration: LONG term (years project) renewed in 6 month intervals

Job Description:

· Travel - up to 25% - nationwide - a week every 4 to 5 weeks. weekends at home

· Sizzle - working with new leading edge technology - OSGi, machine to machine technology - this person will become a SME working directly with their customers - Tier 1 providers.

·        Breakdown of duties - 25% development, other time spent - building test environment, testing apps, maintenance, working directly with clients in the field/lab trials

Are you looking to become an expert in the latest technologies? As this client's Java Developer you will become an expert in OSGi and machine to machine technology.

Client located in the Norcross area is looking for a Java Developer with at least 3 years of recent Java development experience. You will work directly with leading top tier providers on this client's cutting edge product. Your responsibilities will include development, integration, application testing, troubleshooting directly with the customer, and working on field and lab trials at the customer site. You will also be doing embedded work and scripting.

Required skills -

·        3 plus years of recent Java development

·        Scripting

·        Ability to get up to speed quickly

·        Ability to work directly with customers

·        Ability to travel 25% of the time nationwide to customer sites. This is for lab and field trials. Example of travel - 1 week out of every 4-5 weeks

Preferred skills -

·        OSGi

·        Embedded development

This is a long term project. Most likely will go on for several years with 6 month renewals. Excellent client space and talented team.
