Job Description

Bilingual abilities a plus!

The Customer Service Representative position will require conducting day to day department functions including:

Primary Call Center taskes.

Secondary department  / clerical tasks and duties.

This position requires extensive phone communication. Patient and courteous people skills are demonstrated in teh maintenance and servicing of new and existing accounts.


Bilingual abilities a plus!

1. Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent GED) or higher preferred.

2. Experience: Required - Industry related experience. Preferred - A minimum of 1 year customer service / call center experience.

3. Language: Spanish speaking strength beneficial 

4. Requirements: Part-time position with varying hours. Evenings and Satuday hours required.

5. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: The use of telephone skills, basic computer knowledge includeing data entry, look-up and utlilze documentation, and use of company software. There is also a need to demonstrate skills and ability to perfrom all assigned areas of responsibilites.

Evenings and alternating Saturday hours required.
