Automotive Dealership is looking for a Parts Manager to lead its team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise parts and department staff
• Manage all aspects of the parts operation
• Maintain high levels of profitability and customer satisfaction
• Prioritize and schedule day-to-day activities for department
• Assist with technical issues as needed
• Ensure all contractual requirements are met
• Manage parts inventory
• Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and control warranty expenses
• Maintain a safe and productive working environment
• Market parts business

Qualifications

Suggested Skills:

• Proven leadership, management and supervision skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with automotive dealership computer software
• Experience as automotive service manager is a must
• Understanding of quality customer service
• Great positive attitude
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a drug test
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Excellent driving record
• Parts Management Experience required
• Import Parts Experience required
• Bilingual English/Spanish a huge plus!!
