The company is expanding rapidly so we need to add fun and energetic individuals to our B2B (business-to-business) field sales staff.  This position is a great fit for individuals that are comfortable meeting with top-level executives, while helping them to optimize their current HR and Payroll processes.

Job Description

  • Schedule appointments with payroll/HR and executive-level decision makers
  • Walk-thru live demonstrations of intuitive payroll and HR software
  • Prepare pricing proposals

  • There are no limitations on the size of the companies you choose to sell to within your protected territory.

Qualifications

  • 0-7 years sales experience
  • Dynamic, outgoing individual able to develop strong rapport with clients
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills
  • Confident & competitive – success driven
  • Bachelors Degree (GPA 2.5 cumulative)
  • 18 month average job stay since graduation
  • Can pass an extensive background check (Criminal, MVR, Credit, and Drug screen)

The Executive Sales Staff offers extensive training and all the tools a new sales representative needs to achieve success.  This professional sales position will teach you how to think at an executive level in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Competitive Salary:

  • Starting base salary is $50K plus uncapped commission, with the opportunity to increase your base salary up to $120K/annually
  • 1st year average range $75-95k. 2nd year average over $100K
  • We have sales representatives in their first two years out of college earn $250K.
