Job Description

Minimum 3+ years of technical lead experience in Genesys IVR and technologies.

Minimum 6+ years of development experience in IVR/CTI domain as a developer in VXML, GRXML and GVP JAVA/J2EE technologies.

Extensive experience in developing GVP IVR applications and deploying in platforms like Genesys GVP7.6, GVP 8.1 and Genesys Studio. Extensive experience in Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Web-Services, Struts, JMS, Java Beans, JNDI, JDBC, Axis, VXML and c#.Net.

Experience in Web development using HTML, DHTML, AJAX, XML, XSD and XSLT.

Rendering platform support for GVP voice portal on Genesys GVP 7.6, GVP 8.1 platform.

Upgrade experience from legacy TDM platform to SIP and Media Gateway platform.

Working knowledge on CTI components like Genesys Framework 8.1, T-Servers, Stat Servers, URS, and Genesys Interaction routing designer (IRD).

Experience with Performing Functional and Load Testing using Hammer call master Tool for IVR applications and giving technical support to the team.

Good knowledge on Nuance ASR Server, Nuance NR9 Server, RealSpeak TTS Server and MRCP Proxy Servers.
