  • Full-time

Job Description

Do you have what it takes to become the go-to mobility expert? And can you ensure smooth and compliant cross-border mobility for our 20+ annual expatriates and 50+ commuters?

You get to set the direction for our processes in a role where our organisation in both DK and abroad will look to you as our mobility advisor.

Welcome to People & Culture
You will join 10 colleagues in our People & Culture department in Aarhus, Denmark. What is more, you will become part of a global mobility community who meet up virtually quarterly to share their knowledge and ideas of this area.

As a team, we collaborate closely with P&C colleagues across the world, especially those in the US, Dubai, Germany and Singapore, meaning you quickly will gain a vast international network.

Manage expatriation and repatriation from A to Z
In this role, you will be responsible for our cross-border mobility and ensure a strong collaboration between the business, P&C and mobility vendors.

Specifically, you will:

  • Drive expatriation and repatriation processes, including follow-ups
  • Estimate gross to net calculations
  • Handle shadow payroll tasks, e.g. estimate foreign personal income and withholding tax

  • Take global ownership of updating the global expatriation policy
  • Stay informed on tax and social laws by participating in networks, conferences, etc.

Experience with global mobility
As you will be in daily contact via e-mail and on Skype with Danish and international colleagues and external partners, you need to have strong stakeholder management and engagement capabilities. You also need a high degree of interpersonal and intercultural understanding. What is more, you are self-driven and able to organise and drive the mobility area on your own.

Moreover, you bring:

  • A theoretical background within a relevant field, probably a master’s degree
