Support project managers, customers across the globe
As project coordinator in our airport division, it is your job to support project progress through planning and coordination of project activities for airport projects all over the world. You will help organise the project teams and handle communication tasks towards both internal and external stakeholders as you:

  • Assist with communication plans for the project and with administrative tasks such as reports, general project tasks etc.
  • Coordinate and participate in project meetings – providing support in handling hand-over, gate passage, evaluation and summaries
  • Handle the administration, maintenance and optimisation of project SharePoint portals to ensure the optimal use of the portal tools
  • Follow up on quality management processes and procedures
  • Handle and manage internal and external project documents – including translation and proofreading

Strong language and communication skills
To succeed in this position, you need to be able to operate in large, complex and concurrent projects, where you cooperate and communicate with the many stakeholders. Thus, you will need great communication and collaboration skills as well as a keen cultural awareness, and you:

  • Have a BA or an MA in international business communications or similar
  • Could be a recent graduate, or perhaps you have a couple of years of experience as a project coordinator, preferably from a global technical/project organisation 
  • Know your way around IT systems and have knowledge of SharePoint
  • Speak and write English fluently, additional languages as Danish, German or French are a bonus but not a requirement.
