Job Description

General Responsibility

The Marketing Campaign Specialist will have the core responsibility of supporting marketing campaign programs for new customer acquisition; and for the retention and growth of existing BEUMER customers. Qualified candidates will have hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, data management, segmentation, reporting and analytics, campaign design, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

  • Shared responsibility for transforming leads and front-end sales into customers.
  • Responsible for maximizing the revenue generated from all assets, including but not limited to customer lists and all web and media properties.
  • Identify marketing funnel gaps and develop process solutions with the marketing and sales teams

Marketing Campaigns, Optimization & Analytics

  • Responsible for executing email marketing strategy and campaigns.
  • Create, configure, and execute lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns in a marketing automation platform including lead scoring, program templates, creative templates, and segmentation.
  • Analyzing data to determine campaign efficiency.
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior marketing management team.
  • Responsible for tracking key marketing analytics and key performance indicators (KPI’s), then compiling and communicating this data to appropriate members.
  • Responsible for proactive and reactionary strategic testing to increase conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of marketing operations experience, of which 3 years is in B2B marketing (preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment with generally complex selling cycles)
  • Demonstrated experience with and quantifiable business results from marketing campaign/program design and execution
  • Familiarity with progressive profiling, data management concepts, lead scoring, lead nurturing, and demand generation reporting
  • Systems/process-oriented thinker with a problem-solving attitude focused on business outcomes
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and tactically, sense of urgency, team attitude
  • Demonstrated innovation in thought and action, always testing, improving, and asking “what’s next?”
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate at all levels with internal stakeholders
  • Verifiable ability to thrive in a cross-functional team and multi-segment business environment, and readily adaptable to changing market, business, and organizational needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including formal presentation skills
  • 1 – 2 years of experience with marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo)
  • Experience developing Marketing Assets and/or design work (HTML familiarity plus but not necessary)
