Job Description

Main Role of Job: 

  • Conduct the daily, weekly planning assignment for team for ensuring the commitment

  • Keep good relation and communication with stakeholders for work performance 

  • Ensure all documents related are well recorded and controlled

  • Lead HSE stewards and team based on client guideline

  • Prepare the manpower, tools and material planning requested with the proper schedule of site organization and coordinate with Head Office 

  • Be responsible in managing the manpower with the efficiency versus project schedule 

  • Prepare the weekly report related to the work progress to Project manager

Responsibility: 

  • Ensure all tools and material using at site are being on time and well managed

  • Manage tools and material based on project requirement

  • Prepare the BoQ and deal with Logistic Department for purchasing request following the company's rules. 

  • Execute the detail construction drawings or sketch necessary for the installation 

The technical and safety 

  • Ensure the smoothly of operation 

  • Conduct regularly the meeting related site progress 

  • Prepare the schedule for conducting the testing commissioning

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: - Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical or Electronics

  • Experience: - 8-10 years of professional working background in Project Management or Site Management or Process Orientation Business line

  • IT Skills: - Computer, CAD Software-elementary, MS-Office

  • Additional skill critically required: - Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with an open and collaborative attitude.
