You will join our People & Culture team of 11. Together, we are dedicated to supporting the entire organisation with everything from payroll and training to mobility and recruitment. Take on the responsibility for recruitment and sourcing
As a key element of our recruitment process, you will be working actively with search and sourcing to optimize and attract a strong talent pool for open positions as well as building talent pipelines for future need. Moreover, you will run recruitment projects from A to Z, guiding hiring managers through the entire process from job analysis to a signed contract. You help screen and select candidates, facilitate interviews, carry out tests, do reference checks, etc. as well as take charge of the onboarding aspects. Your wide array of tasks and responsibilities will also include:

• Take part in optimising the overall recruitment and sourcing processes
• Continuously improve our ability to attract and recruit qualified candidates to our key positions (e.g. SW Engineers, Project Managers, Electrical Engineers, etc.)
• Evaluate and improve quality throughout the entire process including tools, media etc.
• Take part in running and further developing our internship programme

 
Experience with managing full recruitment processes
Your most important traits are your high integrity and your interpersonal skills. Connecting to, communicating with and influencing others come naturally to you, and you have a strong customer service-based approach to your work. You are confident with managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and are used to working with search and sourcing as an integrated part of the recruitment process. Moreover, you:

• Probably hold a MA degree which has given you strong research and analytical skills
• Solid experience with talent search and sourcing, preferably via LinkedIn
• Bring solid experience in recruitment, preferably in an international context. Experience from private, project-oriented companies and with technical positions would be an advantage
• Some experience working with employer branding is a plus
• Have highly developed interview skills and the ability to execute good judgment
• Know how to use PowerPoint and have worked with profiling tools – experience with e.g. Master  MPA and ACE is an advantage
• Speak and write English and Danish fluently
