BEUMER Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. located in Qingpu Shanghai and BEUMER Group Hong Kong Co., Ltd. located in HKSAR are two legal entities of BEUMER Group in China.

• Contract management, including contract review, interpretation and administration;    
• Managing both external and internal stakeholders;   
• Develop and update project schedule;    
• Preparing of cost management report    
• Compiling report, tracking project tasks, update project monthly report;   
• Coordination and preparation for meetings   
• Continuous risk recognition and control;    
• Keep communication flow smoothly both internally and externally;   
• Coordinate with project team, vendors and suppliers for their deadlines and deliverables    
• Project change management and claim management;

• Bachelor's degree, Major in Engineering or related major   
• 2 years or above related experience in project management   
• PMP Qualification or equivalent is preferable    
• Quick response and efficient working style    
• Detail oriented and active working style    
• Ability to work independently and work under pressure    
• Teamwork spirit    
• Leadership  
• Good written and spoken English   
• Familiar with computer/office skills   
• Familiar with commercial terms of contract
