Here, 11 dedicated people with a focus on Data science, Software Development, UX and Product Management are ready to welcome you. Together, we handle and analyze all the data the BEUMER airport and logistics solutions produce with the aim of adding value to existing customer solutions as well as creating brand new data products for our users.

You will join a department where the pioneer spirit and willingness to innovate are palpable. We don't hold back when it comes to exploring new technologies, be it within machine learning, AI or advanced algorithms. To us, it is all about finding new data points to foster innovation.

As our new Customer Success Manager, you will be integral part of our scaling strategy, helping us develop a much tighter relation to our potential and existing customers and ensure, new customers are well met and quickly gain value out of our product suite.

You will be engaged with new and existing customers and collaborating closely with colleagues in Data Analytics and across the organization globally to ensure that our customers get maximum value from our products.

What we offer:

  • Become a Data Analytics product expert and use this knowledge to effectively guide customers towards their desired outcomes
  • Ensure product adoption by onboarding new customers and conducting trials for potential new customers
  • Identify, track, and improve the health status of each of our customers
  • Make sure that customers get maximum value from the data analytics products and give them insight into this through high-touch engagements
  • Develop best practices for customer growth/renewal to ensure ongoing customer success, thereby driving customer growth and retention
  • Develop and facilitate training
  • Be a voice of the customer back into our organization

 What you'll need:

  • Good understanding of customer processes and needs
  • Knowledge of or interest in Data analytics
  • Have proactive and collaborative mentality and excellent time management skills, ability to handle multiple customers & assignments simultaneously
  • Experience or high curiosity about the SaaS space
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills, customer-centric mentality and empathy towards users and customers
  • Be a quick learner and can work effectively in a constantly evolving scale-up environment
