At BEUMER's headquarters in Aarhus, you will get more than 850 new colleagues and you will become part of the S&OP team within Supply Chain. Together, we ensure that conveyor belts and all kinds of logistics systems are rolling all over the world.

Become an important part of the value chain
As a student worker, you will be assisting the S&OP team with tasks such as data collection, analysis and reporting related to Sales & Operations Planning, as well as updating monthly KPI and forecast data. Furthermore, you will be handling large amounts of master data for forecast - and workload planning, as well as verifying forecast projects.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Updating forecast data in Excel – globally (C4C)
  • Preparation of KPI for Workload Accuracy (SAP/Excel)
  • Updating project plans in Planisware
  • Verification of forecast projects in Planisware
  • Forecast on product groups
  • Participate in bi-weekly forecast meetings with Sales divisions and Project Scheduling Centers
  • Contribute to alignment meetings with Planning and local Project Scheduling Center
  • Excel support for colleagues

Enrolled as a fulltime student at Business School or similar and curious about S&OP and Supply Chain?

Your educational background is not crucial for us, but a basic knowledge and understanding of how a supply chain works, is preferable. Most importantly, is a solid knowledge of MS Excel and a general good IT-understanding, that ensures your ability to support the S&OP team and your colleagues in supply chain.

We imagine that you are currently enrolled in a higher education. You have good collaboration and communication skills and can navigate a broad network of colleagues. You are fluent in Danish and speak and write English on a professional level.
