Job Description

Junior Project Manager : 

  • Compiling project reports, track project tasks, update weekly status reports
  • Coordination and preparation of meetings
  • Develop and update project schedule
  • Monitor project schedule and timely report to team members on any delays in schedule
  • Follow up of action points and expedite critical activities
  • Coordinate with project team, vendors, suppliers for on time deliveries
  • Keep project documents updated
  • Communicate project changes to project team
  • Preparation of project finance report
  • Follow project stage model
  • Escalation of issues to project lead and support in problem solving
  • Manage day to day activities of project either in office or on site
  • Must by CAPM certified from PMI / any certification course in Project Management

Project Manager :

  • Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close project execution by managing all knowledge areas
  • Prepare detailed project plan for all phases of the project
  • Project progress reporting including financial, scope, time and risk to senior management
  • Track project progress compared to agreed project baselines
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and lead project meetings
  • Manage project scope, requirements and changes
  • Handle subcontractors, suppliers and other key stakeholders
  • Coordination and cooperation across regions
  • Appropriate and effective communication in the project
  • Ensure requirements are clarified and managed as per contract and deliverables are accepted by the customer
  • Implementation of global process and standards in project and ensure adherence of project team
  • Ensure project team and suppliers complete their tasks and deliverables as per agreed time
  • Coordination and preparation of meetings
  • Follow up of action points and expedite critical activities
  • Keep project documents updated
  • Follow project stage model
  • Must by PMP certified from PMI / any equivalent certification course in Project Management

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology in Engineering / Bachelor in Science

5-7 years of professional working experience in Project Management Field handling small / mid-size projects in construction / manufacturing area
