Job Description

Job Description: 
1.  Provide legal advice/counsel in business-related areas. 
2. Be responsible for project budgeting, internal control based on company policy and annual cost target.
3. Clarify of commercial bidding document with sales team, prepare commercial deviation table. 
4. Review the quotation calculation and provide recommendation, setup a proper contract model. 
5. Review and negotiation of terms and condition of the business contract, provide commercial and legal comments. 
6. Work with sales team to complete the risk analysis during project sales phase and recognize risks and deviation at an early stage during project execution phase, identify the root cause and work with project team to low down the risk. 
7. Maintain the project control including sales, cost, margin and cash flow during the project sales phase and project execution phase and organize project review with project management team on monthly basis. 
8. Assist in annual budget and quarterly forecast preparation.
9. Advise management team on the possible financial consequences of all proposed courses of actions. 
10. Research, analyse, and interpreted proposed and existing laws, statutes, and regulations.
11. Identify, monitor and address issues of legal risk. 

Qualifications

Job Requirements: 
1. Bachelor's degree, with Finance, Commercial Management or related major. 
2. About 7 years related experience in project commercial management and minimum 2 years as commercial manager of a similar team. 
3. Good written and spoken English, German is a plus
4. Qualification of CPA, ACCA or equivalent is a plus 
5. Familiar with tax regulations and accounting standards in the PRC(including Hongkong). 
6. Familiar with PC operation, especially Excel knowledge and experience of SAP. 
7. Solid Finance and project controlling and management skills. 
8. High level of integrity and strong initiative. 
9. Excellent analytical skills and a good understanding of internal controls. 
10. Strong business acumen and the ability to transfer the needs of the core business function into financial solutions. 
11. Excellent communication skills.
12.  Quick response and efficient working style.
