Job Description

Do you have extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and are you looking for a challenge in an international environment? As a Global Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d), you will find the best international talent for our vacancies worldwide. As our global People & Culture team is represented in more than 20 countries, we are very flexible when it comes to the work location for this role. Become part of our global team and take on the following tasks: 

  • You will support the development and implementation of global Talent Acquisition strategies with a focus on active sourcing in close collaboration with the global People & Culture team
  • You will be the first point of contact for Active Sourcing within BEUMER Group and support the global People & Culture network in its implementation
  • You take over the full-cycle recruiting for global positions, from briefing the vacancy to signing the contract of the new colleagues and ensure an optimal candidate experience across national borders
  • You analyze the recruiting process and keep an eye on the important KPIs
  • You support other global initiatives and projects with a focus on Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, psychology, social sciences or a comparable field of study
  • You have professional experience in the area of People & Culture with a focus on Talent Acquisition
  • You are enthusiastic about active sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing) and have extensive experience, ideally in an international environment
  • You are open-minded, flexible and strong in communication, you also enjoy working in a team 
  • You organize yourself and your tasks well, can prioritize and always keep your stakeholders up to date 
  • You have a good command of English, knowledge of German is an advantage
