Job Description

Are you an experienced P&C Advisor with a passion for recruitment, talent management, and employee development? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in BEUMER Group Australia and take on the following key responsibilities:

  • Entire employee journey: From recruitment to producing employment contracts, to maintaining accurate records in our systems through to providing valuable advice and assistance to our team members and People Leaders on P&C policies and procedures.
  • Administration: Ensure adherence to all legislative and Award/Enterprise compliance requirements. Take care of the monthly reporting on People & Culture statistics. 
  • Immigration Management: Assist international employees with immigration processes, ensuring compliance with laws and regulation.
  • Talent Management: Drive initiatives such as development programs, succession planning, and performance management to support team growth.
  • Learning & Training: Coordinate training programs aligned with strategic goals to enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Global People & Culture Projects: Contribute to our global People & Culture network by supporting topics like Campus Management and Employer Branding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Knowledge of Australian labor laws; New Zealand knowledge a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in P&C roles
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong understanding of performance management practices
  • Talent Management expertise
  • Strong communicator and team player
